Pondering the Kingdom

The Kingdom of God is a redemptive rule, not a punitive regime.

In this Kingdom we are chastened because we are loved. To be chastened means to be trained, shaped, moulded, and disciplined, with love as the motivation and wholeness as the end goal.

Our Heavenly Father knows that wholeness is the only foundation upon which we produce fruit that remains, and fulfill our God-given destiny.

The hope of these outcomes helps us to stay with the program through God's redemptive processes (Hebrews 12:5-11).
